This is for the May Scrappack NSBD Mini-challenge. I can't believe it, but I used it all! The popsicle sticks were cut and I used both round sides (that's why there's 10) for the signs. The washer is there in the middle covered with string and one heart. The other three hearts are at the bottom in between the tickets which I cut with a shape scissor and layered two, then topped with string. The 3 eyelets are above the "and".
