My Great Great Grandfather he was a prisoner of Fort Deleware Prison. He lived to be very old but was pleagued with health problems from is stay in the prison for the rest of his life. His war papers said he had numerous health problems. His brother was killed by bushwackers on the way home from the civil war. He came home to his wife and kids and lived to be very old.
