Sweet little image from Whipper Snapper, love her!! She has a flower that I added a lil sparkle to, and some diamond glaze to her glasses to make them appear more real. Embossed back for texture, stamped white fluffy clouds in the background, popped whole image on foam squares. Just a new card in my Etsy shop - TFL!!
