Priceless Little Parts
These little hands will grow up to be big and strong and helpful, you see. These teeny-tiny little toes will carry this body that grows and grows. This precious, sweet and radiant smile will help me go the extra mile. And deep inside, a soul and heart, destined to be special from the start.
The right hand side is my journaling which reads:
I got the best gift ever on my 20th birthday. Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I couldn’t wait to find out if you were a boy or a girl (even though everyone kept telling me you were a boy.) Finally, three days before my birthday, my ultrasound confirmed you were a boy.
I was so excited about the ultrasound, I barely slept the night before. Me and your dad kept debating on whether we should find out or not. He wanted to be surprised. But I just couldn’t wait! I wanted to get started on your room right away.!
The whole ultrasound took about 45 minutes. Your Daddy sat right next to me. We got to listen to your little heart beating, and we even got to watch you playing with your hands. As soon as we left the office I called the whole family to let them know we were having a sweet baby boy.
