Journaling reads: I have Fibromyalgia Syndrome. It is a hidden illness that affects one's muscles, joints, and nerves. It not only amplifies pain but also makes it so one's body still feels the pain long after the injury is gone. There are an endless list of symptoms and every Fibromite's are different. There is no cure or difinitive treatment. Unlike many others, I am blessed with a mom that literally feels my pain. one of the hardest things about this illness is that you don't look sick so people sometimes think that you are making it up. However, I love my life and feel very blessed that I have awesome support from friends and family. Tag says: If Eskimos have a hundred words for snow, Fibromites should have them for pain. [Sorry the pic is crooked. The title is straight. I promise. ;) ]
