I made this card for cards for kindness. I ripped off a piece of paper and placed it over part of the card and then did some brush strokes with the water brush and different color inks. I then tried to splatter some, but I think next time I will use a bigger brush for that part. The saying and background border I got from the packaging my ZOX bracelets were mailed in. (an inspirational bracelet company). Just for fun, I added some glow in the dark stars.
