This is very beautiful. Its funny, I just came home after buying a few "scrapbook" items & a tag just because I wanted to scrap lift it. Looks very similiar to this, only the heart is tiny & on a cup. Thanks for sharing this. As a matter of fact, I'm gonna scan & upload it right now. :) ~D ps, I really love how u did this!!!

The silver heart is one of those aluminum metal rolls you buy at the craft stores... I used my sizzix to punch it into a heart...

I made this tag last night... sorta used the same style as my other heart tag just different touches to it to make it unique. Crinkled the vellum and chalked for texture behind the hearts. Embossed top heart red then with glitter. ~ TFL
