Awesome LO. I think CARING if they're learning or not shows that you're an excellent teacher. Lord knows I had plenty of teachers that obviously didn't care.

I havent done so much journaling in a while!
Journaling reads:
Being a first year teacher must be the
most difficult job...just when you think you
know it all...you dont! From workshops to
meetings, reviewing lessons, grading
papers, making lesson plans...it never
stops. Sometimes I wish the day had more
hours and sometimes I wonder, is
teaching really my thing?Am I teaching
the way I should be? Are they learning?
Even though I think too much! Every time
one of my students tells me: “Ms. Nieves
you are the worlds best teacher!
Are we going to have fun tomorrow too?”
It makes me realize, I must be doing
something right.
No matter how much I think and worry
I know I’m doing it for a reason: I want to be
a great educator. If I’m not there yet
I’m sure I will get there soon.

Thanks for looking and belive me its been quite a year! I love teaching though and you have to love what you do! I love my class even though they think I am a teenager and sometimes forget to see me as their teacher. lol!
