great title and great picture to have. LOVE how you did the circles. Going to have to try this. If the only thing that is not scraps is the blue paper then I say it looks 85% scraps to me!! Thanks for playing in the scraps challenge.

A photo of my Mom and my boys.
The technique at the top is one to use up all your scrap bits of paper, stickers, buttons... I learnt it from Shimelle Laine. My buttons are covered with tiny circles of paper and then covered with glossy accents.
