This is my first try of my LSS's die-cut machine! I am pretty happy with the results! Journal #1: Directly in front of the hotel, kind of in its parking lot, was another of our main food supplies: the Chefette Restaurant [which Andrew Waithe, of Bajun descent, says is the best fast food on the island]. Sharon usually enjoyed their grilled chicken sandwich, while Clark loved their Rotis! To drink? Why Ginger Beer of course [yes, non-alcoholic]! They had many different kinds of food, including PINK Rum & Raisin ice cream [the jury's still out on whether or not THAT was non-alcoholic]! Journal #2: Funniest part of any meal we ate on our balcony was the troop of little birds who would come looking for crumbs from our food. At breakfast one morning, Sharon coaxed a couple of them fairly close with a trail of Rice Krispies!
