Finally POD 9/28

I say finally because all of us in Chattanooga are wondering why it took so long to open these up. Saturday we had places that had never had flooding problems flood. I am sure it is because of the people below us but when your house is flooding you are not thinking about that.

* I had no flooding, we live on a hill.
