Covered foam core board with batting and fabric attached with hot glue. Used a sheer ribbon that matched the color of the butterflies. Attached the ribbons on the back with hot glue and anchored the ribbons to the board with pretty buttons and a heavy thread. The hangers are altered binder clips. Mom loved it and put the graduation announcement and senior pics and her Mday cards on it right away.
