Awesome! What a magnificent statue! Scrapped beautifully. I've seen the one in Rio de Janeiro and Lisbon and a few others and they all just make me stand in awe that someone made something so beautiful!

This monument to Cristo Rey (Christ the King) is a must see when visiting Cali. I braved the dark skies and rain to get to the top of the hill to take these pics. Cristo Rey is a statue made of iron and concrete standing 26metres tall and is the 10th tallest Christ statue in the world (to date).
