They look so good - I've never tried - or even heard of a cookie made with corn flour. Doesn't sound like a real sweet cookie - more of a cookie that would be nice with coffee. Great layout - beautiful letters. You pictures turned out really well too!

Champurradas are typical Guatemalan cookies. Made from corn flour, they are flat and crunchy topped with sesame seeds - perfect for dunking in coffee. Which is exactly what we did when our tour guide stopped at a local restaurant in Chimaltenango so we could try these.
