This layout was made for the March Scraplift the Person Before You Challenge. I had the opportunity to Scraplift Mrs. Momma. She uses alot of border punches, so i was inspired to dig into my stash :)
I used Picnik to get the text on the photo. To get colored effect I changed the effect from Normal to Overlay.
This is also an entry in the March Use your Scraps Challenge.
