This was a super fun lo to make! Brian and my mom manage to drag me each year to the local water park so they can play all day while I steer clear of it! Thought I would finally document this, although I must admit they did get me to participate last year and it wasn't half bad (no layouts in the future of that, didn't feel the need to take pics of me in a swimsuit!!! LOL!)
Journaling Reads: I’ am so not a water person, so when summer hits, I’m the one who’s frowning. Brian and mom however, are smiling with anticipation of opening day at the local water park. I am merely content to watch them play with my sunglasses on, my toes freshly painted in flip-flops, and a cold drink in hand beneath the shade. Oh, and of course I typically do this with a camera to capture their moments of glee. Personally I like my sun with shade for comfort and my body fully clothed from observation of others. Call it my insecurities, call it the rush of wind blowing as you emerge from a warm pool, or call it the spandex sticking to my body after getting completely soaked, but whatever you call it, it’s definitely not for me so I choose to hang out, rather than in, the water. *Summer 2005
