I'm a bag collector and user, so I had to document that for my BOM. I had so much fun taking this picture! Journaling is on the library cards.

I am obsessed. And I mean OBSESSED with bags. Any and all kinds of bags. I love them all. It doesn’t matter what they look like, how big they are, or what their purpose is, I love it and need to have it.
My obsession with bags started when I was little. I remember my parents and brothers joking that I would grow up and become a “Bag Lady” like the homeless kind you see on the streets of New York City with their bags of stuff in a grocery cart.
I would start packing for vacations the instant I found out we were going somewhere. It could be several months before we were planning on leaving, but I would spend hours in my room packing and unpacking just to pack again. I’d try out all of my bags to see which one would work just perfectly.
In case I have to go somewhere with my scrapping supplies, I just load everything into my Crop In Style Navigator and I’m all set. I have plenty of accessory bags that fit inside the Navigator to keep it organized.
I have a backpack for hiking, one for snowshoeing and snowboarding, and one for field trips. I have several others that are sitting in my green suitcase yet another bag that haven’t been used in a while. I have tons of purses. I have several camera bags as well.
Last Christmas Tim gave me one of my all time favorite bags. It’s a suitcase that has fold/zip away backpack straps from REI. It has all these little pockets on the inside for my little things to keep me organized. Not that I need little pockets on the inside of my bags. I actually own quite a few pieces of “The Pack-It System” by Eagle Creek.
I can’t help it: I’m obsessed by these bags! Journaled June 6, 2006
