I originally did a page using a technique from Dina Wakley but it turned out horrible. I covered it with some strips of paper from a shipment of tulle I received then added a light coat of white gesso. I used these adorable little house stamps and hearts I've had for awhile but never had a chance to use and painted them with the Prima watercolors. The circles I made using strips of paper from an old book then added some doodling around them. I added the modeling paste using a piece of punchenella. A few background stamps and I was done. I'm not totally 'in love' with it, but for my first art journal page I guess it will pass, plus I finally got to use those little house stamps so I'm happy.
