My DD at 4 mos. I cut the flower frame myself from pp, painted the sides with glimmer fabric paint, wrote on the backside of the clear bubbles and painted the edge of the big flower with paint. I added daisy flower fabric trim and ribbon to the tag. I also added the crystal embellies. I painted the fabric flowers by the Elvis tag and added the brad. the other flowers are 3D stickers. PP is K&Company.
