This is a layout I did for the Scrappin Derelicts cof critique group. We could choose 5 anything, just not people.

The middle is a pic of me. It says Me--Brenda-41 yrs old-wife, mother, grandmother, Child of God, Scrapbooker--Me

Questions. If I say that I am a Child ofGod then why is it so hard to read his word every day? (I was born to a minister and his wife that read the work daily and lived by His word. With such great examples why is it so hard to take the time to read His word? i know it holds the Truth. And the manual for daily living so what's the problem?)

Why would the result of loving my husband be that our "genes" would produce 2 Blind children? (Who knew that Gene and I both carried the ABCR gene that when put together could result in an eye disease called Stargardts. Even so, the percentage is only 1 in 4 chance to get it. So why out of 3 of our children 2 of them have it? Life is not what we expect it to be. It is so much harder.)

Why does a $4.00 coffe taste so much better than the one I brewed at home? (Seriously, I drink coffee every morning at home. why is it so hard to drive past Jilly Bean or Starbucks, or Coffee Hut, or Dutch Brothers on my way to work without stopping for a yummy sweet creamy hot or cold or blended cup? I don't even like sugar in my coffee! But I do if it costs $4 Bucks!)

Why is it that Chocolate tastes so much better than carrots? ( Why can't chocolate be fat-free with little or no calories and carrots be full of fat? The US would not have this obesity epidemic! We would all be skinny. Especially if you could add that chocolate to a good $4 cup of coffee!)

How come I thought when my kids moved out that my house would be cleaner? (Who was I kidding--They grow up and multiply! But who cares if the house is a mess if your children bring home grandchildren for you to love and spoil? If my kids like to come home to hang out it means we did a pretty good job-doesn't it?
