You would not believe the process I went through making this card. It was originally going to have flowers on it. And I just decided that I wanted balloons instead!
I embossed the balloons using the edge strip embossing folders (they are way cool). And then of course added a bit of stickles... gotta have some bling!
The stitching is by hand. I wanted a rather large stitch to help pull all the patterns together. I thought the twine made really cute balloon strings!
