Hello everyone here is the card I made using the dragonfly tissue paper technique. See below I created the card using K and Co. Blue Awning, Cricut Storybook Accent/frame Pg. 72 cut at 5 1/2. The silhouette cattail was cut from Wild Card cut at 5 1/2. The stamp is from Stamp Oasis. I used alcohol inks to cover a clear acetate sheet using, green , blue, pearl, and white with the extender.
