I really like how you've named and dated this old photo. I hope that your fix works in regards to that old black album paper that all the old photo albums of that era were made of.

Original photo attached with the brown frame. Photo was most likely taken in the early 1930's. These pictures were attached to an old black photo album. I removed as much of the black paper as possible and sprayed the back (after a small test) with acid free spray. We'll see if this stands the test of time.
