Each year I can lots of pints of marinara sauce with tomatoes from our garden. I also like to do another item as well. Last year it was Strawberry Lemonade with the strawberries we picked out at the strawberry patch. The kids loved that day! Matt loves the results, especially mixed with rum. The canned goods always make great Christmas gifts.
It is now tradition to make pajamas for both of the kids each year for Christmas and they love them. I sew all kinds of things. Clothes, tooth fairy pillows, book holders, crayon rolls, anything I see online that we like, I sew it up! The kids love playing with the scraps around the sewing machine. I’m lucky to have kids that are so good while I sew!
