This has become one of my favorite spots. I'm on a bench on this small little beach looking out at the sailboats under the clear blue skies. As I read my book, only the sounds of assorted birds chirpping, singing and the occasional splash of the water washing to shore envelop me from the front and to my side. Behind me, off in the distance, I hear the faint sounds of marine machinery and riggs working. Above me, I'll hear the occasional twin-engine plane cut through the blue sky as they venture out to the unknown.
