I'm a huge Stevie Ray Vaughan fan. (Texas blues guitarist extradonaire). I rarely,rarely play florida loto but some years back, i played a cash 3. I used numbers in SRV's birthdate and the numbers came in and I won $500. I went to the guitar shop where I'd been admiring this Fender SRV Strat and bought it. (its was a $1500. guitar by the way). I looked at the receipt, and noticed the date.... it was August 27th.... Stevie was killed in a helicopter crash on Aug 27th back in 1980. But how odd was it to play his birthdate to win the money I used to buy his "signature series" (guitar Fender marketed to looks and sound like his main guitar) and bought it on the anniversary of his death.
