I admire your ability to do this I think it would just overwhelm me, have you ever had a power outage, and had it thaw, or spoil before you could use it?
I'm on hold for a couple of books from the library about cooking for the month. Do you have any titles that you recommend? I am trying to read up and get a frame work before I experiment with this.
wow - that is most interesting. If I cook extra it is because I was needing lunch to take with me the next day... I dont know if I'd be oragaized enough to prepare that much at once... not to mention enough freezer space! great photos and great idea!
Wow, that's alot of meat! I usually cook extra, but I'd never thought about doing it all in a couple of days. I just realized, we have the same fridge!
whoah! is right! but i'm guessing, 2 days of cooking cuts way back on the amount of time you have to cook otherwise? can I have an apple? i'm all out. again.
Cooking day TODAY! There is over 50 pounds of meat, 10 pounds of grated cheese, chopped onions, peppers, and garlic just waiting to be turned into meals in my fridge. I finished the beef and pork today, that was 40 meals, so tomorrow I have to do the chicken ones.
