What a unique cure! much kinder that an old lady I knew who when babysitting would tell the children if they got out of bed she would open the back door and let the wolves in. (really, she was a sweetheart)
hey whatever work's mom, wish we had car seats when mne were little, we used to have to put them in the car and go for a ride, then out like a light and back to bed. of course we didn't feel so good next morning! he,he, just had to share!
hugs
wow - interesting way to keep her in her bed. Now, do you have help for how to get a 3 year old to eat nicely by himself, and a 6 year old not to whine about everything????? It's been one of those days
of suggestion. Gwen had been having a bit of trouble staying in bed. We had tried everything and nothing worked. So one night I was so tired it was round 10:30 I told her I would strap her into her carseat if she did not go to sleep. She then got out of bed again so I went out to the car and brought it into her room. She quickly climed into bed and never got out again. I have never had to strap her in just the thought of being confined is enough and she goes right to bet at a reasonable hour. So nice to get some sleep again and not have a cranky child during the day.
