That is a great solution for storing legos and one that we've found works extremely well. I do wish I had an entire small room to dedicate to just legos.
Love the idea. I will have to adopt it for the Legos I buy Logan. Brian had an extremely large collection when he was little. When he was in High School he took them next door to my sister in law's house for her grandson Josh to play with. They got mixed together with some that Virginia had for there for Josh and we never got them back. Found out later that she sold them in a yard sale along with close to 100 little golden books that I had loaned her. It about broke my heart......but than again its just stuff......and not that important in the big scheme of things. :O)
awesome, will your kids keep them all sorted like that? I have some sorters, and some just scoop it all together kids, makes life interesting. I hope you have all sorters, maybe you could come organize my scrapping stuff for me?
Hooray!!!! Ooooh I'm cringing at sld0170's comment - I could never throw away legos! Makes my stomach hurt to think about having a piece missing from a set! LOL (I'm obsessive like that!)
That's a good idea! I finally got upset last night and threw and hadfull in the trash becaue I kept stepping on them and the boys wouldn't pick them up!
These legos were driving me crazy as they had no home and I kept stepping on them. Thanks to 3Jmom's suggestion they now have the perfect home. can't wait to get them into the closet where they belong!
