Feb Card Challenge - Red w/ a neutral color. I had this vellum and pp w/the big heart. If not for this challenge, probably wouldn't have used it! Adhered the heart to chipboard and inked edges. Sewed the vellum on kraft paper colored CS. Distressed the ribbon w/ink. TFL!
