wow, beautiful! love both sets, but I'm partial to embellishments so I really like the extra dimensions and textures of the hemp and charm. =) Liz

Yeah.. I get one of these.. I love them both.. I think the one with the hemp and charm ties in well with the saying.. Just my opinion.. Great job. Chris

they are fabulous... if I had to decide, I would put on the hemp and leaf embellishment, but don't attach it, then that way each individual can decide.. and if they take it off there, they can use it in another lo!!

Meiji Stewart Quote Swap

Here is ONE of my 4 quotes. I am hoping to get some feedback on it, any is appreciated.

These are small, made to fit in a 6x6 album, so I don't want to over do the embellishing. The first set on the left is the original, with the quote printed on vellum, chalked behind the wording, matted twice, and inked. Also included antiqued square brads. The Photo mathas the same double matting, with vellum photo corners, also inked.

The second set (right) is the revised set, with the same elements, only I added hemp and a handmade "oak leaf" wire art charm thingie....

Do you think the fiber and charm are too much for such small pieces? I personally prefer the left set, but I don't want to have them be TOO simple.

Thanks for looking, and please give me your honest feedback. I have to make 13 of each of these, so I want to know for sure! lol...
