This is probably the most fabulous project I have seen. I love the little book (gosh, so many pages!) and the file folder holding even more wonderfulness. It looks so simplistic on the surface, and is such a touching tribute to your SIL. Just...wonderful.
what a beautiful page this is. I love that little album on it. Very creative idea. I bet your brother loved this gift. It is very beautiful and very touching.
A beautiful tribute! The idea of adding a memory book is wonderful - sometimes one page just isn't enough for sharing our memories..thanks so much for sharing!
Absolutely amazing...what a wonderful way to remember such an important person. Yet another reason scrapbooking is so important...it's very theraputic. God bless!
This is just amazing Sue! I love the idea of the additional photos in the fold out book, and it is such a beautiful design element as well. I'm certain this is one of the most loved gifts your brother has ever received. Absolutely beautiful!
wow what a beautiful gift. the memory book is absolutely a most amazing idea along with the two additional pages. this is a great keepsake. however it is very sad that Jutta died due to human error. that is tragic and this gift is a real treasure of memories.
My prayers are with you and your family. Such a wonderful layout to keep her memories with you and your family. Great tribute and keepsake for your brother.
What a beautiful Tribute!! so sad for your loss, Thank you for sharing with everyone. I'm sure it will be something your brother holds near and dear to him!
My goodness, Sue, I don't know what to say... I am so very sorry for your loss; I cannot imagine how your poor brother feels. What a lovely and splendid layout you've created. Wonderful tribute, my friend.
Oh, I'm so very sorry for your family's loss....what a lovely lady and well-lived life. And what a beautiful gift and treasure you created for your brother...I'm sure book of remembrance is never far from him.
This page just glows!! THe colours and patterns are beautiful! I love the idea of the little mini-book attached, great idea to attach it all to a stiff cardboard piece....what a sweet gift for your brother (sorry for your loss) xx
beautiful gift and tribute, such a sad story I hope this was a little bit of scrap therapy for you. It looks beautiful and I am sure he will cherish it forever. (hug)
I am so sorry for your sad loss.
This is a wonderful thing that you've done for your brother: making this wonderful memorial album. Every page and detail shows the love that you put into it.
I am so very sorry that you lost her at such a young age. I will keep you all in my prayers. You have created a beautiful layout in her memory. Your brother is going to cherish this.
Sorry for your loss. This is so beautiful and a wonderful project. It must have been hard to make this but also good for you - memories makes our lifes worth living but its not always easy to work with bad memories. I admire you for it and I hope you get more happy moments in the future :)
This is a gift that I gave to my brother after his wife died 2 years ago.
The backing is stiff cardboard covered with patterned paper, so it would set straight up on a shelf or stand. It opens for 2 additional pages and it has a small 12 page memory book.
My siser-in-law, Jutta (you-ta), died unexpectedly at age 50, due to complication and human errors at the hospital. She was a beautiful person and a dear friend. I miss her.
