I had no idea when I was younger that when my mom said she wanted nothing but handmade gifts from us that she actually meant it. What is more special than those little hands frozen in time with finger paint and those tear-jerker little poems that come attached to them? This was my mother's day gift from Zac that he made at preschool and was so excited to hide from me for three whole days! When the time finally rolled around for him to give it to me, I don't know who was more proud--me or him! This is for the November We Love Flowers Challenge.
