I absolutely love this lo! It is so sweet that you have such a good relationship with your MIL. I have known my husband and his mom for almost 10 years and we have been close from day 1. You two have so much to lookforward to! And by the way, TFS!
This is so so so so cute!!! Your focus is on the pictures and the memory, and yet, the paper and embellishments totally bring out the fun, sweet relationship. Great job!! I love it.
The only thing I could think of would be maybe to get her to write something in her handwrighting and add to this page. You could hide it on a hidden tag or something, but to have something in her writing would be great.
Journaling reads: One of the first things Todd told me about his mom was that she had made one very specific request... his future wife had to like her!! Well, she's in luck, because I really do! From the very begining Iola made me comfortable and like a true part of the family. Some people would shudder at the idea of living with their mother-in-law for the summer (especially sharing 1 cramped bathroom), yet, it didn't even faze me! I really enjoyed being able to spend time with her in the kitchen, out in the yard, making beds in the cabins or just sitting around the house. I'm sure there are times she thinks Todd and I are crazy, but she's always so helpful and supportive. I'm so grateful for the wonderful example and friend she has become to me!! I could not ask for better mother-in-law!
