I got this idea from Kristina at kwernerdesigns.com where she used gold or silver embossing paste through a large dotted stencil to create a beautiful background. I didn't have any of that paste so I added perfect pearls to some white paste and mixed it up. The stamp is Wplus9; Bubble Talk and the sentiment is an old sheet of washi tape borders from my stash.
