Scraplifted from Julia Altermann at just-one-more-card.com (Purple Onion Designs Garden Bloom Release, May 16, 2016). I used her adorable card design to make a grad card with the cute owl, Lilly from the new Purple Onion Garden Bloom release. The hat is from Sweet Stamp Shop - Hippo Hooray. I stamped the hat, masked it, and then stamped the owl. I colored the image with copics and then fussy cut it and foam mounted it to the vellum. The sentiment is also Purple Onion, and I used the curved edge die from Simon Says Stamp to cut the rounded bottom edge of the white panel.
