A very simplistic scraplift of Newtoscrapping2011's Nala lo for the monthly scraplift challenge. She inspired me to use a set of hexagonal stamps that I've had forever and been dying to use. I heat embossed the hexagonal shapes, then glimmermisted them, creating a resist effect. To add dimension to the misting, I used a lighter purpley blue first, then a light mist of a darker blue shade over top, which really gave dimension and made the white stamped images pop out. It really was fun using a new set of stamps and a new technique this month!!!

The "always" word (big one) is painted in a dark plum, the photo is matted in navy, although neither of those colors convey well due to lighting issues from taking the photo at night.
