At first I agreed with the others about the leaf, my eyes seemed to focus on it, ... but then I thought it made me feel like I was 'out in the wild' - like I was down on my hands and knees, peeking under the brush to see the wonders that were hidden from view. So I guess I like it just fine. Cute cute monogram, awesome job here!
LOVE the colorscheme here, Jas! :) the only suggestion would be to digitally crop the pic so the mousedeer enlarges thus making it the focal point. kwim? otherwise, this is WONDERFUL!!! and btw, i like that you swirled ribbon around the big O! :d
Oh wow! Kudos for capturing a photo of the mousedeer, Jas. I love the painting/doodling and details you have here. I especially love how you decorated that "O"! Thanks for sharing this one!

I am so impressed with how you made a great layout out of such a tiny animal. I like the bunch of bananas or plantains, in the photo because it help us realte to the size of the mouse. I am so impressed with that polka dot vellum ribbon wrapped around the Chipboard O. Wow.
I love this lo also. But agree with everyone on the big leaf...it is distracting. But do think you should keep the bananas for a reference and for a bit of color. But otherwise I think this is great!
This is so cute! I love your painting and the "o" monogram. I agree with everything else about the mouse being a little bit lost, that is the only thing I can think of to change! It's a really great LO, with great colors and nice details!
I like the tropical feel of this. I agree about the leaf. I do like the green painting around the photo, and I actually like the bananas on the ground, it kind of gives you a reference for the size of the mouse. I think the leaf with the green does take the focal point off the mouse. Maybe if you could photoshop it out, or make it the color of the sidewalk... the other two leafs don't bother me, I think you need them to tie in the greens, but that one just happens to be in the way! :) I like the blue and white primas on your monogram. I don't know why, I just do!
I really like the design -- that O monogram is great. I agree about cropping and enlarging the photo. The banannas don't bother me, but the big green leaf in the foreground on the left does. My eyes keep trying to make it come into focus, at the expense of looking at the mouse. I think the green paint frame around the photo increases the prominence of the leaves rather than minimizing them. If it's not possible to enlarge and crop the photograph, maybe playing with just that leaf in photoshop to make it grayer (i.e. blend it in to the sidewalk a little more) would help. I love your handwritten/doodly title.
Yes I have to agree with Kim about those bananas because your eye goes to those first before sliding over the rest of the pic!!! But babe I love the paper scraps and the design is out of this world!! Awesome job!! Gorgeous!!
I love the overall design of this LO and the colors you used. My only suggestion would be to enlarge the photo, if possible and crop out the bananas and large green leaves, so the focus is on the mouse. The green of the leaves and yellow of the fruit distract my attention away from the cute little mouse, mostly because he blends in with the sidewalk ;)! Otherwise, I think the LO is great! TFS :)

Love the colors and how you painted on the lo! I really like the painted swirls and flowers, but the title seems like it needs something else. Been racking my brain, and can't think of anything right now, so I'll keep thinking and get back with you. :)
Didn't really like how this turned out. Suggestions are more than welcome! Used my pp scraps! Painted some swirls and part of the title too, but since it blended with the pp, decided to outline it with my zig marker.
