Our kitty Alpo in his "elder" years. He was such a wonderful cat and companion. It was a sad day when we had to take him to our vets to be put to sleep at age 19. We couldn't let him suffer any longer. He suffered from hyperthyroidism as well as losing his hearing. We knew it was time.
Journaling says:
Oh how we miss our sweet kitty!
You came to live with us when you
were about two yrs. old because Lisa
could not keep you. What a personality
you had and what a delight you were
with your antics! You loved to catch and
release chipmunks after presenting them
to us at the door! It was so sad to watch
you grow older and reach a point where
we had to let you go to kitty heaven at
19 years of age. No other kitty will
replace you in our hearts. RIP ALPO!
