This lo was done for the scrap a graduate challenge although it's certainly not a typical grad pic!
Being a Mom, its all about getting some good pics, the journaling says: Barrett please stand still! Mom, I feel something crawling on me! Oh, whatever, just smile! Ahh, I'm standing on an ant hill!!
The twists were to use a touch of black, I might have used more than a touch and the other twist was to use some stamping. It's hard to see them, but some of the ants are stamped and the speckled black paint is stamped with a pot scrubber. The ant tunnels are handpainted. Some of the other ants are brads and stickers. The word ants is painted red and black grunge board.
I should say this is my daughter, Shanley in the pic as well.
