This is for a friend of mine from work, her daughter had twins on thursday Feb. 19th, these were some pics of them that her husband, who also works with me, had so I had him email them to me so that I could surprise her with this on monday, I used one of Beggahuna's sketches for this and I got the idea for the hearts with the scalloped borders from 2dogs and Catz. TFL !!! (reloaded this pic after a few changes, moved some hearts and added leaves to flower and photo corners to pics)
