Page 5 in my pregnancy album. This is full of journaling:

We had a minor scare this month - some light spotting. It went away quickly, but Dr. Büscher asked us to come in for an extra check-up, just in case. Daddy and I were thrilled - any excuse for an extra ultrasound, and an extra chance to peek in on you, was a great excuse. We could have happily spent hours in front of the monitor, just watching you float around. Our next scheduled check-up was just a week and a half later, yet you changed so much just in those ten days! Your arms grew so much, and your legs grew even more. We just hoped you could feel, somehow, how much we already loved you.

Still much too early to tell if you're a boy or a girl - but that doesn't stop us from being soooo curious...

One other important milestone this month: we started telling everyone at work about you. My colleagues were all very excited - and relieved to know my late mornings and missed lunchtimes weren't something really serious!

Cravings: Mommy loves sweet things, but you don't seem to. You like salty foods, like peanuts, Mexican food, and Daddy's chili-mac casserole. You love a nice spinach salad at lunch, and you won't let me rest in the morning until I've had a bagel (plain, sesame, or everything, just not sweet) with cream cheese. The one thing you really don't care for: chocolate! Mommy's favorite treat! The morning sickness is better this month, but my tummy's still very delicate.
