This is my MIL, Pierette. Every year she says the same thing, "This year I won't be cooking as much".HA! What a JOKE!!! I love the floating head! She never took American citizenship(her choice) but she cooks like a true hometown gal!!

I used the Prima laser cut paper as my template for paint on the bg paper, then outlined the masked numbers. The reason for the numbers is that she cooks for an army. I painted the decorative edging the yellow I wanted and added red flower brads on top.
