Hurricane Bill was off the coast of Bermuda this third week in August, 2009. Rock Beach had some kickin' wave action.

I wanted a multipick LO w/ bright colors. I chose this bg paper so I could matte each pic w/ its own color and still be able unify the the whole LO.
