May be hard to believe, but I made this card to give to my cousin who will be 71 next month. We both share the same birthday month, although we are 2 years apart. We grew up together. Sunday's at the park or the zoo while our mom's were preparing Sunday dinner are a wonderful memory. We went to our first dances together. Even took our first trip (without parents) together. Carol was my Maid of Honor when I got married and she is my eldest son's godmother.
When this die set of the two girls arrived, and I saw how many itsy, bitsy pieces there were I went back to the website where I bought it to see what the finished project looked like....it's been a while since I placed the order. Then I saw the two girls, walking arm in arm, and realized why I bought it and got to making it. Whew, that was a novel!
