This was a fun layout to do...but I think it is too cluttered. I just couldn't seem to stop with the dots! The theme is balloons because my dd (in the blue dress) and her friend loved playing with them at the party. The pics are supposed to look like balloons, and the title and journaling are in balloons, too.
