This was kind of an experiment to see if I could do a layout quickly...and not worry about perfect placement, straight lines, embellishments, etc. I didn't even use a ruler! It was kind of a nice change to work that way! I did write some words along the outside edge, but you can't really see them in the pic (it says: "sand, water, sun, fun, family"...over and over).
This is my son at the "beach" at a state park (when he was 13 months old). He spent a lot of time with his great grandpa...so it was a special day. He LOVED the sand
