This actually isn't really a postcard but a gorgeous photo of a very traditional Japanese building. I was very fortunate during my stay in Japan (1984) to attend a traditional engagement ceremony for the bride and groom to be... this is one of the buildings on the breathtaking propery that we visited!!!
