Dang girl- Tommy was walkin you through this perfect LO and watching over to make sure your one piece of paper was spot on. Gorgeous tribute. Indeed Tommy, Rock on in peace and put in a good word for us!
the paper IS perfect for this pic,Sharon...awesome job on this!love the hands, and this is such a great tribute to your friend and his music...sorry he's passed on.
Perfect!! It turned out so good. You should be VERY proud of it and I know that Tommy would be too. It's amazing what you do to a piece of paper. :) Congrats for getting through the paralysis. Love it!
WOW Sharon!!!!!!!!! This looks so freakin' Cool!!!! GREAT photo & your're right, perfect pp!!!!! Love the dreamy feel, the moon & the hands, the wings, the fence....... It all goes together to create a fabulous work of art!!!!!
Creative layout! It looks like your friends put on a good show. Where did you get those "rocker hands"? They fit the page perfectly! Sorry for your loss. (I had a similar problem to your paper dilemma when I did my "Leave It To Beaver" layout, but you did a great job with that.)
Sharon, you saved that piece of paper BIG TIME. FABULOUS LO AND PIC. Did you do some misting on the paper before adding the pic because the colours blend PERFECTLY. Great font too! What a wonderful tribute to your rocker friend. (Sorry for your loss.) Creative & INNOVATIVE.
Sharon! Your page is so awesome!!!!!! I absolutely love your cool and creative design! I am so sorry for the loss of your dear friend and can totally understand not wanting to mess up your only piece of paper! You sure did NOT - your layout is FABULOUS! Actually gave me thignles as I was looking at it and reading your description!
These are some friends of mine from long ago, performing an original song of the same name written by the bass player, Tommy Carter (far right):
"Seek and ye shall find We're angels who have lost our minds In Heaven, anything goes"
Tommy has since passed away, but his songwriting skills, Texas twang and dry wit will always be remembered by those of us lucky enough to enjoy them. RIP and rock on, Tommy. You were a joy to know and are missed by many.
Many thanks to Helbert and my best friend Keri Belle for talking me through the scrapbooking paralysis I went through with this being the *only* piece of paper I had that went with this photo and was terrified of messing it up!
Also, the layout is not crooked, but my photography skills are. Thanks for taking a look!
