Hmm, now, I don't know if that is what was in my car... it was a very large, fuzzy moth, but I didn't see these "eyes" on its wings. Then again, when it started flying around, I ducked and covered... and swirved! :)

Here is picture #2, my first attempt of moving it with a twig, resulted in it opening up..If you magnify the photo you will see on the left bottom that there is some damage to the wing..After this pic i was able to get it to attach to the twig and then moved it to a vine that is growning up the other side of the steps..Needless to say i was 10min's late getting to the dentist but totally worth it with the capture
